Dibzz / Policies
Clear terms for every side of the sale.
These are working drafts for review. Final eligibility, timelines, fees and contact details must be approved before the policies are published as binding terms.
We have outlined how Dibzz intends to handle transactions and issues. The current Privacy Policy is available on the shop.
Terms of Use
Using Dibzz
Dibzz is a live marketplace where verified sellers present products and buyers can purchase during a show. Product details, price, availability, delivery information and any seller terms shown at checkout form part of the purchase decision.
For sellers
Sellers are expected to complete applicable identity and business checks, describe products accurately, show relevant condition and limitations, and fulfil accepted orders. Dibzz may review listings, shows and accounts to protect the marketplace.
For buyers
Buyers should review the product and checkout information, provide accurate contact and delivery details, and use the platform’s order and support channels if an issue arises.
Disputes
Dibzz may review evidence from both sides and decide an appropriate outcome under the final published policies and applicable law.
Shipping Policy
Delivery details
Delivery availability, charges and estimates should be shown before payment or in the listing. Actual delivery times can depend on the seller, destination, courier and product type.
After an order
Buyers should be able to follow the order’s progress on Dibzz. Sellers and delivery partners must provide the information needed to move the order safely from seller to buyer.
Delivery issues
If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, the buyer should raise the issue through the order page so Dibzz can review it with the seller and delivery partner.
Refund Policy
Requesting help
Buyers can report an order issue through Dibzz. We intend to consider the listing description, the live demonstration, order records, delivery evidence and information from both parties.
Possible outcomes
Depending on the facts and the final policy, an issue may be resolved through clarification, a replacement, a return or a refund. No specific outcome is automatic for every case.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, the final policy will state the payment method, processing steps and expected timeline. Those details need confirmation before launch.
Cancellation Policy
Before fulfilment
Buyers should request cancellation through their order if they no longer want an item. Whether the request can be accepted depends on the order and fulfilment status and the final policy.
Seller cancellation
If a seller cannot fulfil an accepted order, they should notify Dibzz promptly. Dibzz will review the order and payment status and tell the buyer the available resolution.
After dispatch
Once an item is on its way, a return or order issue process may apply instead of cancellation. The final policy will explain which route applies and when.
